Our dishes are often inspired by Asian flavors, and this Roasted Pork Recipe blends the flavors perfectly. A nice mixture of sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic is a nice complement to the juicy, tender pork. We topped ours with a pomegranate molasses and Sriracha for a spicy-sweet kick. Paired with the tangy napa cabbage slaw, this dish is sure to please. It’s easy to make and offers a nice alternative to traditional roasted pork recipes. You can enjoy this dish warm or cold.

Roasted Sesame Pork

Napa Cabbage Slaw

Preheat oven to 425 degree. Spray a shallow roasting pan with non-stick spray. Combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl. Pat the pork dry; add it to the soy mixture and turn to evenly coat. Place the pork in the roasting pan; press in the sesame seeds. Roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the pork reads 160 degrees. (20-25 minutes). Transfer the pork to a carving board and let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Slice and garnish with pomegranate molasses and Sriracha. Combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and oregano in a small bowl. Poor mixture over cabbage and mix well. Enjoy your roasted pork recipe!
