This Hawaiian Slaw Recipe is one special number.  Out of this world with pretty much anything. However, there is nothing more that I love than some smoked pulled pork, whole Hog or Brisket with a couple sides of homemade fries, potato salad, some Hawaiian Bread and a ice cold home brew!

Makes unusual ingredients. Sounds weird until tasted

Ingredients:
  • Mayo
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Poppy seeds
  • Maple syrup
  • Crushed Pineapple

Preparation:

I don t measure. again all ingredients depend on 
how much you will be making. The best way to make
it is to mix all ingredients, and taste. Adjust accordingly.
In a large or oversized mixing bowl, I use the biggest bowl
I have to avoid spilling everything when you mix it. In the
bowl, place Mayo, Dijon Mustard, poppy seeds, maple syrup and
a small can of crushed pineapple is usually enough for a 
normal family dinner. Whisk all ingredients, and add 
shredded white cabbage, shredded red cabbage and shredded 
carrots if desired but not necessary. Toss well and let 
set for about 1 hour for the flavors to be absorbed by 
the cabbage. 

Open a good home brew and enjoy. Prep time is about 10 minutes
